We build your site for $2,997, paid once, to the rules Google sets for an Ad Grant site. We track every call and form from day one, and when you pair the site with a Grant, Google pays for the ads.

Deployment Ramp
If your account has not reached 50% of your monthly Ad Grant credit by day 90 from the day your ads go live, your management fee is credited each bill until it does. What we need from you: campaign approvals returned within five business days, and the site pages we flag for compliance fixed or authorized for us to fix.
Account Standing
If your Grant account is suspended or throttled for a compliance cause we monitor, we work at no fee from the day it happens until the day it is reinstated and back at full daily deployment.
The Compliance Watch: every Grant ad checked for disapprovals every hour, around the clock.

What you get for $2,997

One price, paid once, buys a custom coded site with as many pages as your work needs. We track every call and form from day one, so you see what the site brings in.

If you want a video on your site, send it to us and we add it to the page where it does the most good.

We're a small team in Conway, Arkansas, and we've run Google Ads since May 2016. Today we run 35+ Google Ad Grant accounts, so we build each nonprofit site with the Grant's rules in hand.

Every price we charge is on our pricing page, and our websites page covers the sites we build for businesses too.

  • Pages: each program, event and way to help gets a page of its own, because we don't cap the number of pages on your site.
  • Build: we code every site ourselves, so yours is one of our custom coded, fast-loading websites, on desktop and mobile.
  • Calls and forms: every form emails the inbox you name the moment someone sends it, and our system saves its own copy first, so a mail problem can't erase a lead.
  • Giving: a Give button sits in the top bar of every page and opens the giving tool you already use, so a donor never has to hunt for it.
  • Hosting: $50 every 4 weeks, unless you're on a plan. It keeps the site up, backed up and safe, and covers small updates like new photos or a text change.

Built to Google's Ad Grant site rules

Google's Ad Grant gives a qualifying nonprofit up to $10,000 a month in search ads, and Google checks the website those ads point to. We build every page to the site rules Google publishes.

Google reviews the site and makes the final call on your Grant, and we build every page to the list Google publishes.

The site shapes what each click costs, too. On our Grant accounts, keywords with a Quality Score of 7 to 9 paid 13% less per click than keywords scored 1 to 4. Of the Grant keywords scored 1 to 4, 89% had a landing page Google rated below average, so each page we build answers one kind of search in the words people actually type.

Our Google Ad Grants page covers how we run the Grant itself, and our Google Ad Grants guide walks through the program step by step.

  • Your own domain: Google says your nonprofit must own the domain your ads point to, so the address stays in your name at the company you bought it from.
  • HTTPS on every page: Google wants the whole site served over HTTPS, and it names a missing or expired security certificate as a common problem.
  • Your mission, stated plainly: Google wants your mission and your programs easy to find, written in real words of your own rather than thin or copied pages.
  • Links that work: Google names broken links and broken donation buttons as problems, so our checks test every link on the site before launch.
  • Pages that work on a phone: Google wants pages that load quickly on every kind of device and work correctly on phones and tablets.
  • Mission first: a small shop for mission items may be fine, but Google says it shouldn't be the main focus of the site, and the site can't carry AdSense ads.

What visitors do on the sites we track

These numbers come from our clients' own websites and ad accounts. Each one changes where we put things on your pages, or how we launch them.

  • 68%of visits came from a phoneour clients' sites outside online stores, July to September 2026
  • 48%of each page the average visitor scrolls throughour clients' sites outside online stores
  • 46%of website form leads came in at night or on a weekendacross 6 of our clients
  • 14%of our clients' live ad links reach their page through a redirectbecause the page's address changed
Sources: our clients' websites outside online stores, July 8 to September 30, 2026; form leads to 6 client accounts, September 7 to October 11, 2026; 5,827 live ad links across 63 accounts, October 1 to 12, 2026.

So the phone number, the Give button and the one next step go near the top of each page, where a thumb finds them first. When we replace an old site, every old address leads to a page on the new one, so links in your ads, emails and posts keep working.

Pages that each do one job

People don't always come in the front door. On the median client site we track, 25% of Google search visits started on a page other than the home page, so every program gets a page of its own.

Your giving page should be quick on a phone. We keep the path from any page to your giving tool as short as we can make it. Then give a small test gift on your own phone each fall, before your year-end letters go out, and again after any change to your giving tool or your site.

Each way to help gets its own page. Volunteers, partners and people who need your services all come with different questions. Each group gets a page that answers those questions and asks for one next step.

Your forms can go to more than one inbox. You might name a front desk address plus a director who wants a copy. Leads don't wait for office hours, so the inbox you name should be one somebody opens first thing every morning.

The proof you've already earned goes where donors see it. If you hold a charity rating or seal, we put it near your Give button. Two researchers studied more than 6,300 nonprofits listed on GuideStar, and the ones holding its Seal of Transparency took in 53% more in gifts the next year, on average, than the ones without a seal.

The site is yours

The website is yours: the site, its content and the domain. While we work together, changes go through us, and if you ever leave, we hand over the full site files so any developer or host can run it.

Your domain stays where you bought it, under your own account, and it never moves to us. Going live changes two rows in your domain's settings, for the bare name and www, and the rows that run your email stay as they are.

The site runs on our hosting, and it has no do-it-yourself editor. You send a change from your portal's Requests page, and a person on our team replies in the same thread. Hosting covers small updates like posting a blog you wrote, new photos or a text change.

Your Google accounts stay in your organization's name, too. Make a shared work email the top admin on each one, and add a named leader as the second. Of the admin logins our clients hold on their Google Ads accounts, 39% use an address from Gmail, Yahoo or a similar service, and that kind of login walks out the door with its owner.

SEO, on a site we built. SEO is $750 every 4 weeks, and we offer it only on a site we built. At signing, you get a written list of the fixes and pages we'll do. We promise the work, but we never promise a ranking.

How your build works

Your site moves through a set path, and nothing goes live until you approve it in your portal.

  1. Today

    Book a call

Book a call with Miguel. He asks what you run, who you serve and what the site has to do, and then he names one plan and one price.

  2. Questionnaire

    Tell us about your work

The website questionnaire asks what you offer, who you serve, where you work and how you like to sound. Your answers become the plan for every page and the voice of every line.

  3. The build

    We research and build

We study the sites people compare you with, then write your site as code, which keeps pages light and quick to load. Before launch, we set up Google Analytics, track taps on your phone number and count every form, so your numbers start on day one.

  4. Checks

    Every page has to pass

Our system grades how each page looks and reads, checks every link and runs an access check for visitors who use a screen reader. When a page falls short, we fix it and run the checks again.

  5. Your review

    You approve each page

Each page shows up in your portal's Review tab with a link to a preview copy. You approve it or write what should change, and the next round shows the changes.

  6. Launch

    Your site goes live

Once you approve, the site goes live on our hosting. If we replaced an old site, every old page address leads to a page on the new one, so old links keep working.

Questions

How much does a nonprofit website cost?

Ours is $2,997, paid once, for a custom coded site with as many pages as your work needs. Hosting is $50 every 4 weeks, unless you're on a plan. It keeps the site up, backed up and safe, and covers small updates like new photos or a text change.

Will our website qualify for the Google Ad Grant?

Google reviews the site and makes the final call. We build every page to the site rules Google publishes, starting with a domain you own, HTTPS on every page and a clear mission. Google also asks for working links and quick pages that work on a phone, and it bars AdSense ads.

Can our staff edit the website?

Not directly, because the site has no do-it-yourself editor. Every change goes through your portal's Requests page, where a person on our team picks it up, and hosting covers small updates like new photos or a text change.

Do you do SEO for nonprofits?

Yes, on a site we built. SEO is $750 every 4 weeks, and at signing you get a written list of the fixes and pages we'll do. We promise the work, but we never promise a ranking.

What happens to our website if we stop working with you?

The website is yours: the site, its content and the domain. If you ever leave, we hand over the full site files so any developer or host can run it, and your Google accounts stay in your name.

Can you run our Google Ad Grant too?

Yes. Google's Ad Grant gives a qualifying nonprofit up to $10,000 a month in search ads, and we manage the whole account. You pay half of the Grant money we put to work for you each bill, and never more than $750. The Grant setup is $1,500, paid once.
