Who we work with in Arkansas

We run Google Ads for Arkansas trades, churches, pregnancy centers and other nonprofits. We're a small team in Conway, and we've run Google Ads for businesses and nonprofits since May 2016.

Trades and home services. We build Google Search and Local Services campaigns for the jobs you want, and we track every call back to the ad that brought it in. Your portal lists each call and form with the time it came in and what it cost, and our home services page walks through how we build a trade account.

Churches, pregnancy centers and nonprofits. Many of them start with Google's Ad Grant, where Google pays for the ads. Some add paid Search beside it for the searches that barely show on a Grant. Our Google Ad Grants page explains how we run a Grant from the first day.

Past the state line. We work with businesses and nonprofits across the US by phone and video, and today that's 64+ active Google Ads accounts for 50+ organizations. $18.1M in Google Ads spend has run through accounts we manage or have managed since 2015, and more than three-quarters of it was Google Ad Grant credit.

Who you talk to. Open Spots clients get a named person to call, plus reports and a portal, and Growth clients get their own advocate.

What Arkansas types into Google

Google counts about 1,900 searches a month in Arkansas for "google ads," and about 140 for "digital marketing agency." More of these searches name a channel than name an agency.

Pick the channel that fits your work first, and then pick who runs it. A trade that wants calls starts with Google Search or Local Services, and a church or nonprofit starts with the Ad Grant, because Google pays for those ads.

How we draw your area

Your ads show to people in your area or who spend time there, and we build that area from the ZIP codes you serve. Google's default also reaches people elsewhere who are only interested in the place, and we switch that off on every local campaign.

A circle drawn around your address doesn't know where a state line is. In Arkansas that matters on the edges, because Texarkana sits on the Texas line, Fort Smith sits on the Oklahoma line, and West Memphis sits across the river from Memphis. ZIP codes follow real towns, so your ads reach the places you serve.

Few people type a small town's name into a search. We built local campaigns for pregnancy centers, churches and a nonprofit, and 26% of their clicks came from searches that said near me, nearby, around me or close to me. Google placed each of those people by phone location or connection data, so your area setting decides who sees the ad, not the words in a keyword.

Each location gets its own campaign and its own area, so if you open a second shop an hour away, we build its area before its ads run.

On a paid account, booked leads decide which ZIP codes stay. We check the ZIP code on each lead against whether that lead booked. Then we keep the ZIP codes that bring jobs and drop the ones that never do, and a month later we read the leads again.

Arkansas churches and nonprofits

Google's Ad Grant gives a qualifying nonprofit up to $10,000 a month in search ads, and we manage the whole account. You pay half of the Grant money we put to work for you each bill, and never more than $750.

We start with local searches like church near me in your town, then fill the rest of the grant with Bible and life questions. From September 14 to October 11, 2026, 68% of the calls people placed from our church Grant ads came through a local or regional campaign built for visits. Our church page has the rest of how we run a church account.

One town rarely has enough searches to use the whole credit, so a Grant also runs wider campaigns on purpose. Across our Grant accounts, 83% of search ad clicks came from campaigns built to reach past the home area. Your local campaigns stay first for calls and visits, and the wider ones put the rest of the credit to work.

Google decides how much of the Grant your searches can use. We work to put as much of it to work as we can, and you only pay for what we use. Across the Grant accounts we ran all of September 2026, 80.9% of the credit went to work on average. Published estimates put the average Grant account near 3% of its credit.

Pregnancy centers. Some of the searches that matter most to a center barely show on a Grant. Paid Search beside the Grant reaches them, with as many campaigns as the mission needs. Our pregnancy center page explains how the two work side by side.

What it costs

Open Spots Search is $497 every 4 weeks, plus a $997 setup paid once, or $0 on the 13-cycle plan. A nonprofit's Grant is up to $750 every 4 weeks, plus a $1,500 setup.

Open Spots Local, for Local Services Ads, is $997 every 4 weeks, plus a $1,997 build. Growth starts at $1,750 and follows your ad budget. A website is $4,997 for a business or $2,997 for a nonprofit, and you pay once. Hosting is $50 every 4 weeks, unless you're on one of our plans.

Every price we charge is on our pricing page. We bill every 4 weeks, so a year is 13 bills. Your ad spend is separate from our fee, and Google pays for the Grant ads.

Open Spots and Growth come with the 30-Day Stop. Stop anytime in your first 30 days, and the fee never starts. The 13-cycle plan has no 30-Day Stop. A Grant has no 30-Day Stop either, since its fee follows what we put to work, so a slow month bills little.

Seven questions to ask any agency

Ask every agency you talk to the same seven questions, and that includes us. Then check each answer for a number or an example you can see, because a nice meeting isn't an answer.

There's too much going on in an ad account to judge it by feel. The middle account we run showed ads for at least 1,512 different searches in the 30 days to October 11, 2026. These seven questions pull out the few things that count.

  • Who owns the accounts? You should own every account and be able to log in to each one today, because your data has to stay with you if you ever leave.
  • What counts as a conversion? The agency should name each action it counts and say which ones are real calls or forms, since a page view counted as a lead makes a report look better than the month was.
  • What do you fix first? Listen for an order with a reason behind it, not a bit of everything, because each fix rests on the one before it.
  • What did my ads show for, and what did you block? Ask to see real searches on the screen right then, since a summary can hide the waste.
  • What changed last quarter, and what happened? Expect a short list with a date and a result for each change, so you can check the work against the numbers.
  • What would you do with more budget, and with less? A useful answer tells you what you'd gain or give up, and it comes with no push to spend more.
  • What are you testing next? Look for one test, one number to watch and an end date, because a test with no end date never gets a verdict.
