If your account has not reached 50% of your monthly Ad Grant credit by day 90 from the day your ads go live, your management fee is credited each bill until it does. What we need from you: campaign approvals returned within five business days, and the site pages we flag for compliance fixed or authorized for us to fix.
Account Standing
If your Grant account is suspended or throttled for a compliance cause we monitor, we work at no fee from the day it happens until the day it is reinstated and back at full daily deployment.
