Deployment Ramp
If your account has not reached 50% of your monthly Ad Grant credit by day 90 from the day your ads go live, your management fee is credited each bill until it does. What we need from you: campaign approvals returned within five business days, and the site pages we flag for compliance fixed or authorized for us to fix.
Account Standing
If your Grant account is suspended or throttled for a compliance cause we monitor, we work at no fee from the day it happens until the day it is reinstated and back at full daily deployment.

We start with your plan your visit page

A first-time guest wants to know when, where and what Sunday is like, and they're a little nervous about it. So we build that page first, with the time and the address on the first screen of a phone and every other answer on that same page.

Visitors don't click around much, so one page has to answer all of it. From July to October 2026, the average visit to the church sites we track opened 2.1 pages, and the average visit to our clients' sites outside online stores scrolled only 48% of the way down.

If your church runs local ads, they point at your visit page, so it names your town and your part of town in plain words. The rest of the site carries your sermons, events, giving and ministries for the people who already call your church home.

  • When and where: your service times, the address and a Plan Your Visit button go on the first screen, because that's the part every guest sees.
  • What Sunday is like: the page says how long the service runs, what the music is like and what people wear. It also tells guests plainly that nobody will ask them to stand up or single them out.
  • From the car to a seat: the page shows where to park, which door to use and the name of the greeter at that door. A photo of the front door helps a nervous guest find it.
  • The kids question: the page says which ages go where, how check-in works and how pickup works. If your kids' helpers pass a background check, the page says so.
  • A real face: the page shows your pastor's photo and a short hello in the pastor's own words, so a stranger knows who they'll hear on Sunday.
  • The small worries: the page answers whether they have to give, whether they can sit in the back, whether there's coffee and whether they can watch online first.

What Sunday looks like on a church site

On the church sites we track, Sunday is the biggest day of the week, and 9 of every 10 Sunday visits come from a phone.

  • 90%of Sunday visits came from a phoneAcross 6 church websites.
  • 3.2xthe visits of an average weekday, on an average SundayAcross 7 church websites.
  • 2.1pages opened by the average visitJuly to October 2026.
  • 11%of Sunday visits to the top pages went to givingSo the give button gets tested too.
Emprise Digital, church websites we track, 2026.

How newcomers look for a church

On our church accounts, newcomers type your name, look for a church nearby or name the kind of church they want. Your site answers all three, starting with the people who live close by.

Across 7 church Grant accounts, 35% of ad clicks came from a search with the church's own name in it. Those visitors had already heard of you, so your name, your town and your service times have to match everywhere they look.

Of the clicks on local searches that didn't name the church, 37% came from a search that said near me. Another 22% named a kind of church, and non-denominational came up most, so the visit page names your town and says what kind of church you are in everyday words.

Google's Ad Grant gives a qualifying nonprofit up to $10,000 a month in search ads, and we manage the whole account. We start with local searches like church near me in your town, then fill the rest of the grant with Bible and life questions.

Local comes first because that's where the visits start. Of the calls people placed from church Grant ads between Sep 14 and Oct 11, 2026, 68% came through a local or regional campaign built for visits. Our Google Ad Grants page explains how the Grant works, and our church page shows how we run ads for churches.

A real reply the same day

The visit form asks for a first name, an email or phone, which service and the kids' ages. It emails the inbox you name the moment someone sends it, so a real person can write back that same day.

Hi Sarah, it's Mark from the welcome team. Thanks for planning a visit! Our 10:30 service runs about an hour.

Thank you! Where do we take the kids?

Kids check in at the desk inside the side door. I'll meet you there at 10:15 and walk you over.

Perfect, see you Sunday!

Sample
A sample text. Use your own times, doors and names.

Our system saves each form before any email goes out, and you can name more than one inbox. The church sites we track got 1.3x the visits of an average weekday on Saturdays, while families plan their Sunday, so a short note that says see you tomorrow lands right on time.

The Thursday check before a big Sunday

Check the site on your own phone the Thursday before Easter, Christmas Eve or a launch Sunday, and stay off the church Wi-Fi so you see it the way a guest does. Fix what fails by Friday, and make no changes on Saturday, because a late edit is how things break.

0 of 6 done

Giving is part of the big day too. On the church sites we track, 11% of Sunday visits to the top pages went to a giving page. A study of 2025 nonprofit giving also found October, November and December brought in more than 36% of the year's giving, so test the give button before the year-end weeks too.

What it costs, and what stays yours

A church site costs $2,997, and you pay once. Hosting is $50 every 4 weeks, unless you're on one of our plans.

We code each site ourselves, so it loads fast on desktop and mobile, and we don't cap the page count. We also track every form and every tap on your phone number from day one, so you can see what the site brings in.

Hosting keeps your site running, backed up and safe, and it covers small updates you ask for, like new photos, a text change or posting a blog you wrote.

The site is yours, and that covers the pages, the words, the photos and the domain. Your domain stays with the company you bought it from, under your church's own account, and going live changes only the two rows that point it at the new site.

There's no do-it-yourself editor, so your staff send changes from your portal's Requests page, and a person on our team replies in the same thread. If you ever leave, we hand over the full site files, so any developer or host can run the site.

SEO is $750 every 4 weeks, and only on a site we built. At signing, you get a written list of the fixes and pages we'll do. We promise the work, but we never promise a ranking.

We're a small team in Conway, Arkansas, and we work with churches across the US by phone and video. Every price we charge is on our pricing page.

Questions

How much does a church website cost?

Ours is $2,997 for a church or other nonprofit, and you pay once. Hosting is $50 every 4 weeks, unless you're on one of our plans, and it covers small updates like new photos or a text change.

What should a church website include?

Start with a plan your visit page that shows your service times, the address, what Sunday is like, where to park and how kids' check-in works. Then add giving, a watch page for sermons, your events and a short hello from the pastor.

Can our church staff update the website?

There's no do-it-yourself editor, so your staff send changes from your portal's Requests page, and a person on our team replies in the same thread. Hosting covers small updates like new photos or a text change.

Who owns our church website?

Your church does, because the site, its words, its photos and the domain all belong to you. If you ever leave, we hand over the full site files so any developer or host can run it.

Can a church get Google ads for its website?

Yes. Google's Ad Grant gives a qualifying nonprofit up to $10,000 a month in search ads, and we manage the whole account. Google decides how much of the Grant your searches can use. We work to put as much of it to work as we can, and you only pay for what we use. A church can also run paid search ads, with a Grant or without one.

Do you build church websites on a template?

No, we code each site ourselves, so it loads fast on desktop and mobile and it's yours.
