The Challenge

The account was spending money without a clear read on which products and searches actually returned a profit, so every budget decision was a guess. Our Approach

We rebuilt the paid search account around one question: is each dollar of ad spend coming back as profit? That meant clean conversion tracking tied to real online sales and their values, a campaign structure split by product line and intent, and a negative keyword framework to stop budget leaking on searches that never buy. We moved bidding toward a profitable return-on-ad-spend target once the data was clean enough to trust, and we kept the product feed and shopping coverage honest.
