The Challenge

Most of these centers came to us after a generic agency treated them like any other account. Ad groups were bloated, there were almost no negative keywords, and budget was burning on searches that had nothing to do with the women these clinics exist to help. Their Google Ad Grant, $10,000 a month in free ad credit, was barely touched. So the clinics were reaching only a fraction of the people who needed them.

Our Approach

We rebuilt every campaign from the ground up. Each center got location-specific ad groups pointed at landing pages written for its community. We set up conversion tracking properly, often for the first time, so we were measuring real contacts (calls and appointment requests) instead of page views. We built a negative keyword framework that stopped the budget waste, and we restructured each Google Ad Grant account to actually use the full $10,000 a month within the $329-per-day, per-campaign cap. Every center also gets a dedicated advocate who meets with them and walks through the numbers.

What a Decade of This Looks Like

The monthly number is the headline. The relationship is the real story. Take one center in this network that we have served since 2016. We keep its name private, the same way we protect every center here, but the history is real and pulled straight from the account. Over that decade, we have delivered about $916,000 in free Google Ad Grant advertising to that single clinic and generated roughly 19,700 contacts: calls and appointment requests from people searching for help in its community.

That is what staying month to month for ten years adds up to: free advertising the clinic would otherwise leave on the table, turned into nearly twenty thousand real moments of contact. It is also why this network keeps growing. Centers stay because the work compounds.

The Bigger Picture

We have served clients since 2016. Across that decade and roughly 60 active Google Ads accounts, we have managed more than $12 million in advertising, including over $10 million in free Google Ad Grant advertising delivered to nonprofits and pregnancy centers, and we have generated more than 230,000 bottom-funnel contacts all-time. The 28-center network and the one clinic above are part of that record, not the exception to it.
