The Challenge

This client had been burned by two previous agencies that promised the world and delivered vanity metrics. The Google Ads account was a mess: broad match keywords everywhere, no real conversion tracking, and landing pages that talked about the company instead of solving the customer's problem. Money was going out the door every month with very little to show for it, and no clear way to tell which spend was actually producing calls.

Our Approach

We started with a complete account rebuild. Tightly themed ad groups for high-intent searches, a dedicated landing page for each service line, and proper conversion tracking that measured actual phone calls and form submissions instead of guesswork. We layered in Local Services Ads so the business showed up at the top with a Google Guaranteed badge, where homeowners are ready to book. We added a negative keyword framework to cut the wasted spend, moved to automated bidding once we had clean data to bid on, and set up a review system that strengthened the local presence at the same time. The owner gets a dedicated advocate who walks through the numbers in plain language, so the data finally makes sense.

More of the budget now goes toward searches that turn into real phone calls and booked jobs, and far less goes to clicks that were never going to hire anyone.
